One of our staff members will assist in ensuring your claim lodgement is as efficient & streamlined as possible. Once the claim is processed our internal estimators will establish & finalise the correct repair method to return your vehicle back to factory specification.
Once an authority of repairs has been received, parts will be ordered & repairs will commence. Updates will be delivered consistently throughout the repair stages with completion dates provided.
Clients’ vehicle will be returned to factory specification followed by an extensive Quality Control Assessment, including a complimentary detail. Pick up & deliver service from residence or place of business will be offered.
